Dubailand is a massive residential neighborhood developed by Dubai Properties. The total areas of the establishment are 3 million square kilometers. The proposed land was 2 billion square feet when Tatweer initially announced the project in October 2003. Later on, the project was taken by Dubai Properties and divided into individual projects.
Dubailand is between Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Emirates Road on the other side. Once fully developed, Dubailand will become Dubai’s most popular area for sure. As a freehold district, Dubailand emerged as the 3rd most popular area to rent a villa in Dubai
