Step 1 - Select the Apartment or the Villa

Step 3 - Negotiate the rent, pay the security deposit, and reserve the property

Once you finalize the property, do not forget to negotiate. The landlord or agent may agree to reduce the total rent amount if you pay with fewer number of cheques. To secure the residential unit, a security deposit of 5% of the rental amount has to be paid which will be refunded upon the completion of the lease agreement. 

Step 4 - Signing the Contract

Read the tenancy contract carefully before signing. Once signed and submitted, the rent cheques and agency commission have to be settled. The contract will then be signed by the landlord and both you and your landlord will have a signed copy each. Thereafter you will receive your keys and access cards.

Step 5 - DEWA Connection

Step 6 - Ejari Registration

Commercial Properties:
